Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Do your electronics come with a warranty?
Yes, all mobile phones and electronic accessories sold at PEP Cell come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
If your device is faulty within the first 7 days of purchase, we offer a full refund or replacement. After 7 days, the item will be sent for repair under the manufacturer warranty.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Yes, we offer a 'Click and Collect' service at over 2,000 PEP locations nationwide. Simply select your preferred store at checkout.
Are the cellphones sold on PEP Cell network-locked?
Most of our devices are sold as open-market units, but some promotional handsets may be locked to specific networks. Please check the product description for details.
